- You may access your grades at Flashline (login on the KSU home page) > Faculty Tools .
- You may request transcripts by printing an on-line form on the Registrar's website or you may call the Registrar's Office at 330-672-3131.
- Transcripts are free.
Flashline (Login on the KSU Home Page)
The University Portal System enables you to access:
- Web For Students
- Course Catalog
- Calendar of Events
- General Financial Aid
Entree to Flashline:
User Name = Kent State e-mail User Name (Please call 330.672.HELP) to obtain your Kent State e-mail address, or go to www.kent.edu and search the phone directory at the bottom of the page.
Initial Password:
- Middle initial or X (if you do not have a middle initial)
- First three letters of your birth month
- Birth year (2 digits)
- Final four numbers of your SS number
Permanent Password: You will be prompted to change your password to an 8 character alphanumberic combination. PLEASE CHOOSE SOMETHING YOU CAN EASILY REMEMBER OR SAVE YOUR NEW PASSWORD IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE!
