We will be managing front and back of the house operations at the Fabulous Food Show's Fabulous Bistro at the I-X Center with CMAA student members and other Hospitality Management students.
Friends and Family Dinner, Kent, OH, November 7, 2008
We will be partnering with CMAA to plan and host a Friends and Family dinner to showcase the Hospitality Management major and raise money to support our student organizations. We will also be hosting a Silent Auction with donations from local businesses, recognize students for academic excellence, and acknowledge PCMA and CMAA officers for their service to the student groups.

Ms. Shipman is the President of At Last Event Planning located in Chagrin Falls, OH. At Last Event Planning offers full service wedding planning, wedding day management, and social event planning services.
Resident Inn Columbus Downtown, Columbus, OH, October 9, 2008
We will be touring the Residence Inn Columbus Downtown Hotel. The hotel is unique because it was converted from a bank building. We will also be meeting with representatives at the meetings booking center for Concord Hospitality.
