TEACH Act

The TEACH Act expands educators' rights to perform and display works through distance learning, closer to the rights we have in fact-to-face teaching. The Copyright Crash Course has a section on the TEACH Act. Use the checklist at the bottom to see if you can apply the TEACH Act to your use of materials in distance classes.
